We prefer to send UK orders by First Cass Recorded Delivery, as it offers both proof that the item has arrived and offers insurance against loss or damage.

If you, as the customer, decide to simply choose the First class delivery option, we will attain a proof of postage certificate, but any refund, due to non arrival, or as a result of postal damage, will be delayed until the post office can investigate the loss or damage. We do not profit from the recorded delivery option, we purely charge the additional payment to cover Royal Mail's recorded delivery charge.
